Robin Calitri Consulting

Robin Calitri is a skilled facilitator, award winning administrator and national consultant. Robin’s main area of expertise is education but he has worked with corporate and not-for-profit groups. When teams face difficult tasks or when groups need to become teams, Robin can be effective. He utilizes an inclusive and affirmative approach. Many of the national projects that Robin has been involved with center on the use of ‘The Dialogue’ and utilizing ‘Systems Thinking’ to reach goals.

The International Baccalaureate Program has frequently enlisted Robin’s services to train administrators and Board of Education members. The National Association of Secondary School Principals honored Robin as New York State’s Distinquished Educator and a finalist for the title of National Principal of the Year. He was selected to represent NASSP on a Development Team to Reengineer Schools. Robin was a Commissioner for the publication of Breaking Ranks II and serves as a certified Breaking Ranks Trainer

Currently, Robin is spearheading two projects aimed at reforming a large school and a moderately sized district. He has the ability to bring a broad constituency to the table. He then trains them in methods of successful group work and helps the team to frame issues and design new visions for the schooling of children. Robin’s work is energized by his love of and belief in people and in the mandate that we must be successful in educating ALL of our children. Robin also provides keynote addresses to groups of all sizes.
